This policy covers the TabDibbly Twitch channel and its chat bot, Dibbly the butler (the DibblyTheButler account), the website tabdibbly.com, and the Dibbly's Manor Twitch extension. TabDibbly is run by JMP Media LLC, based in Florida, USA. "We" below means TabDibbly.
Dibbly is an AI character who remembers the people in chat. When you chat in TabDibbly's Twitch chat, redeem channel points, cheer, use a Power-up, subscribe or tip, he may keep:
That's used for one thing: the show, so he can greet you, thank you and roast you like he knows you. It isn't sold, and it isn't used for ads. The favourites board (on this site, in the extension and in the end credits) shows the usernames and titles of the people he likes most.
To write and voice his lines, chat messages and stream events are sent to the AI and voice services that run him: Anthropic (Claude) writes what he says, and ElevenLabs turns it into his voice. They process it to make the reply, under their own terms.
Type !forgetme in TabDibbly's chat and Dibbly wipes everything he remembers about you. You can also ask us to delete it by email, through the Discord or with a DM to @TabDibbly on X. !noroast opts you out of being roasted when someone pays to set the butler on you.
Tips go through Streamlabs and PayPal. We see the name, amount and message you enter, and Dibbly may read the message out on stream. Payment details stay with Streamlabs and PayPal under their own privacy policies.
tabdibbly.com is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, the pages requested) for security and performance.
We may use analytics and advertising tools on this site. These include Google Analytics (with its advertising features, such as remarketing and demographics reports), Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta pixel, and similar tags from other ad platforms like TikTok. They tell us how many people visit, where they come from and which ads work, and they let those platforms show TabDibbly ads to people who have visited the site.
Third parties, including Google and Meta, may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this site and elsewhere on the internet. They use it to provide measurement services and to target ads. Google may combine first-party cookies (like the Google Analytics cookie) with third-party cookies (like Google advertising cookies). Here's how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We never send these tools your name, your email or anything you type in chat, and we don't sell your personal information.

Where the law requires it, for example in the EU and UK, we ask for your consent before turning these on.
Dibbly keeps what he remembers until you use !forgetme or we no longer need it for the show. You can ask us what we have about you, or to delete it, at any time using the contact details below.
The stream is for a mature audience and none of this is meant for children under 13. If you think a child's info ended up with Dibbly, tell us and we'll delete it.
