Dibbly has two bars on stream, energy and hydration. They drain the whole time the stream's live, and chat keeps him going. Everyone who feeds him lands on the feeder board.

Some of chat wants Dibbly to suffer. The rest of chat has to fix him. Bleeds drain his bars faster until a medic shows up.

Wrong time, like a Bandage when he isn't bleeding? Your points come back. Medics land on the feeder board. A bleed stops on its own after 10 minutes, and a death or a Feast clears everything. Bleeds have a 5 minute cooldown, fractures 10.
